Louisiana Administrative Code

Includes Notice of Intents and Rules promulgated by the Department of Revenue and published by the Office of State Register. Title 42 of the Louisiana Administrative Code (LAC) contains the rules for the Office of Charitable Gaming. Title 55 of the LAC contains the rules for the Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control. Title 61 of the LAC contains the rules for taxes administered by the La Department of Revenue. Complete set of rules promulgated by the Louisiana Department of Revenue can be obtained through the Office of State Register.
