Installment Agreements

If you owe a tax debt to the Louisiana Department of Revenue and cannot afford to pay the balance in full, you may request an installment agreement to pay your debt over time. You will be required to make monthly payments for the duration of the installment agreement. Please note that interest and delinquent payment penalty will be assessed on the amount not paid by the due date.
