Yes. The Louisiana Office of Debt Recovery (ODR), a division of the Louisiana Department of Revenue, collects delinquent debts owed to Louisiana state agencies, parishes, cities, boards, commissions, and other governmental entities.

The Fastest Way to Make a Payment

The quickest and most convenient way to make a payment is online or through our automated phone payment system.

Online

Visit ODR.Louisiana.gov and select Pay Now to securely make a payment by credit card, debit card, or e-check.

By Phone

Call 844-330-6176 and select Option 1 to make a secure credit or debit card payment using our automated payment system.

Payment by Mail

If paying by check or money order:

  • Make your payment payable to the Louisiana Office of Debt Recovery.

  • Include your payment voucher or your ODR Debtor Number (or the last four digits of your Social Security Number) to ensure proper credit.

If your mailing address has changed, simply write your new address on the payment voucher when mailing your payment.
