Does changing my address with the IRS, the Office of Motor Vehicles, or the Louisiana Secretary of State update my address with LDR?

No. Each agency maintains its own records. Updating your address with another federal, state, or local agency does not automatically update your address with the Louisiana Department of Revenue.
