About Filing and Paying Online
Beginning with the 2024 tax year, taxpayers should use Louisiana Taxpayer Access Point (LaTAP) to file and pay both Individual and Business taxes. This page provides information on how to file and pay individual and business taxes, with special instructions for credit card payments, refund tracking, and more.
Individual Tax Options
First year using LaTAP for individual filings:
Individual Payments and Refunds
Bank transfers and ACH payments can be made at no cost through LaTAP. Additionally, you have the option to pay your taxes, below, using a credit card for an additional processing fee.
Prior Year Filing Individual Options
Individual income tax for 2023 and prior years will be handled separately via the tax filing information at Individual Income Tax Filing.
