To file state individual and business tax returns electronically for tax years 2024 and later, you must log into your Louisiana Taxpayer Access Point (LaTAP) account. If you do not have a LaTAP account, you can create one here.

For tax years 2023 and earlier, you can file state individual income tax returns online.

Form L-3 to submit copies of informational returns such as W-2, W-2G, 1099-R, and Form R-91001 to submit copies of Form 1099-NEC, can be filed electronically using LaWage.
