How do I change my address?

Individuals and businesses can change their addresses in LaTAP. Once logged in, locate the Names and Address section in the Account Summary. Note: businesses must contact the department to change the taxpayer-level address that is displayed on the LaTAP homepage.

Individual taxpayers can also change their address by submitting Form R-6505. Businesses can change their address by submitting Form R-6450. (Updated May 18, 2026)
