LDR New Orleans regional office moves to new location

BATON ROUGE – The Louisiana Department of Revenue (LDR) is now providing walk-in customer service at a new location for New Orleans-area taxpayers.

The LDR New Orleans regional office has moved from Benson Tower in the Central Business District to the state Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) building at 100 Veterans Boulevard, New Orleans, LA 70124.

LDR welcomes individual and business taxpayers from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Services include:

  • Filing and paying business taxes
  • Submitting completed state individual income tax returns and making payments (staff cannot assist with the completion of tax returns)
  • Watercraft registrations
  • ATC/Video Poker/Lottery/Driver’s License/Wildlife & Fisheries tax clearances
  • Payment plans
  • Special event registrations
  • Resolving bank levies and wage garnishments
