Bond requirements vary depending on the registration. The amount required is either the amount shown below for the respective license or an amount equal to three months tax liability, whichever is greater. The minimum amounts are:
  1. Terminal Operator : $1,000,000
  2. Supplier : $50,000
  3. Permissive Supplier : $50,000
  4. Distributor : $20,000
  5. Importer : $20,000
  6. Exporter : $20,000
  7. Blender : $20,000
  8. Interstate Motor Fuel User : $20,000
  9. Motor Fuel Transporter : $0
  10. Aviation Fuel Dealer : $0
