Once I submit the initial application, what happens next?

Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your Louisiana Revenue Account Number. Once you receive the account number, please mail the Louisiana Department of Revenue sales return and/or payment to the address on the bottom of the sales return, Louisiana Department of Revenue, Post Office Box 3138, Baton Rouge, LA 70821-3138.
