LDR customer assistance will be unavailable at state Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) locations on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026 due to office closures. Assistance will resume at those locations when they reopen on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026.

Can I make a payment through LaTAP?

Yes. You may use LaTAP to review your balance and make an electronic payment. However, making a payment does not replace the need to contact Business Tax Enforcement when a Cease and Desist Order has been filed.
