LDR customer assistance will be unavailable at state Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) locations on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026 due to office closures. Assistance will resume at those locations when they reopen on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026.

Why can LDR affect my ATC permit or license?

Louisiana law authorizes LDR to notify ATC when a business becomes delinquent in remitting certain trust taxes. ATC may deny renewal, suspend, or revoke an ATC permit or license as authorized by law.
