LDR customer assistance will be unavailable at state Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) locations on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026 due to office closures. Assistance will resume at those locations when they reopen on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026.

Can I prevent a Business Cease and Desist Order?

You can reduce the risk of enforcement action by:

  • Filing all required returns by their due dates.

  • Remitting collected or withheld taxes when due.

  • Responding promptly to LDR notices.

  • Keeping your business address and contact information current.

  • Contacting LDR before the account progresses to enforced collection.
