LDR customer assistance will be unavailable at state Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) locations on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026 due to office closures. Assistance will resume at those locations when they reopen on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026.

What are trust taxes?

Trust taxes are taxes collected or withheld on behalf of the State of Louisiana, such as sales tax collected from customers and Louisiana income tax withheld from employee wages. Businesses are responsible for remitting these funds to LDR.
