LDR customer assistance will be unavailable at state Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) locations on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026 due to office closures. Assistance will resume at those locations when they reopen on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026.

How do I change my address?

Log into LaTAP then locate the names and addresses in the Account Summary section of the account page. Use the "Add" or "Edit" link to update your information. NOTE: Business must first select the tax-specific account that you wish to change from the LaTAP home page. You must contact the department if you need to update your taxpayer level address that is displayed on the LaTAP homepage. (Updated May 18, 2026)
