How do I obtain forms?

Most tax forms are available online and can be downloaded from the Tax Forms page on our website.

If you need to file on paper, you can download and print the specific form you need.

  • Forms are not mailed or distributed in bulk

  • Business tax returns must be filed electronically

  • Individuals may download and print forms if filing on paper
